Good idea, VERY POORLY executed. The bottles, pumps, etc. are TERRIBLE. Several of ours never worked. The hand soap pump is awful. The actual cleaning products are just ok, if you don't have serious messes to clean. The laundry detergent was terrible, and I send them back. It never dissolved in the washing machine.
The one standout that saved me from rating 1 star is, surprisingly, the dishwasher tablets, which actually work on actually dirty dishes. But even the stupid tin that holds the tablets broke - the lid separated.
It's a shame, because I don't see myself sticking with Blueland for long, and their bottles, etc. are no good, so will end up in the trash. Exactly the thing I was trying to avoid.

The acrylic bottles are beautiful and look lovely together on a shelf but they break easily. i have had 3 bottles break already. One i tapped against the table edge lightly and it broke. One fell off the coffee table and broke, and the third just seemed to happen just being stored on the shelf. Others are reporting this happening on the shelf. I think there must be a chemical reaction with the cleaners and the acrylic that break down some bonds or something and cause it to break. As a stylist i was removing stickers off of acrylic glassware with googone, and they started to crack and explode on set. This is why i suspect the product is making the bottles crack. Before i tried to switch to these, i was using thick glass spray bottles and never had this problem. They fell once in a while and didn't break. i still have them. But these acrylic ones are WAY more fragile. i'd like to not give up on the brand but the company needs to troubleshoot.
i had another issue where 2 spray nozzles would take forever to spring back after depressing, or get stuck and have to be pulled back into position. They replaced those for me after a little back and forth ( i sent videos of what was happening)
The foaming soap dispenser works great but the hand soap takes a few pumps to be effective otherwise it seems very watered down. The all purpose spray works very well and may be the best cleaner they have. the window cleaner leaves streaks until you rub them out. The bathroom cleaner works for us too.

I've had the same experiences that a lot of users have posted here. Two of my spray bottles broke, and I wasn't even using them. One was stored under my kitchen sink, another under my bathroom sink. Within about a month of preparing them, I went in one day to the cabinets and found the bottles cracked completely up the sides, and the cleaners leaked out in the cabinet.
As for the handsoap, it doesn't fully dissolve, and so it looks like something is growing in the bottom of the bottle. It doesn't make anyone want to use the soap when it looks like that. On top of that, it takes about 4 pumps to get a somewhat decent lather. Like a lot of other people, I really thought Blueland had a great concept, but I'm not so sure I think so anymore.

I really liked this product when I made my first order less than a year ago. Within the year 2 cleaning bottles broke. They crack and also break at the fill line. The entire bottle splits at the line and the liquid spills all over while using. I'm sure this has happened to others. So why not fix it? I sent them an email so we'll see how they respond but if this happens one more time...I'm done with Blueland.

Very poor customer service: I ordered two glass hand soap containers and refill tabs, I got tabs and glass cleaner, but no bottles. Wrote to them about issue and nothing was sent after a month. Wrote to them again and they said they were back ordered l; meanwhile they are promoting the heck out of them on social media. When I finally complained they said they were looking into it and see they are being prepared to ship. Get this!!!! This scenario happened to me twice with the back order claim, but with a broken pump I wanted replaced. Seems like they are fine with collecting our money, but not delivering a product...or only when one follows up with a complaint a month later after not receiving product. I want to like them because I love the concept and the quality of the soap tabs, but....

Got the soap tabs at first to go with my own foam bottles and everything was great. Then decided to go all in and got 4 of their glass bottles with more tabs. The tabs made cloudy soap water which looked horrible in their nice clear bottles. I tried 4 tabs and they all had the same results. One pump broke and was super loose. Sent it in but they are backordered on pumps so I haven't gotten my replacement yet. Now the other pump has the opposite problem where it's super hard to pump anything out. I took it out of the cloudy soap and after a few pumps, it works better. But once I put it back into the liquid, it's stuck again. I dumped out my half full container and put in a new tablet (for the 2nd time!) in hopes that maybe it's the soap. And it takes 4 pumps of thin watery foam before I can get a lather. I bought this thinking I was doing a good thing for the environment, but everything I wash my hands with my overpriced bottle, I get so frustrated and feel so ripped off. My email to them only got me two replacement tabs, which didn't work any better than the ones I started with.

Love the cleaning pods but 2 of the bottles at separate times broke in my hands as I was using lt spilling cleaning fluid all over the floor. The bottles are weak along the color stipe at the top. Poor container design - I have never had plastic containers which broke as I used them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I was excited to try their products because it is such a great idea to minimize plastic packaging and reuse bottles. I don't see any negative feedbacks on their own website which makes me doubt if those are never going to show up. I have to say their products are mediocre at best, here's what I tried:
1. Hand soap: pump broke twice and Blueland has sent replacement twice. It is now working okay for 2 months (knock wood). However, the soap is pretty watery and I need 2-3 pumps for a wash.
2. Multi-purpose spray: I give it 3 stars. Nothing wrong but nothing notable.
3. Bathroom spray: It doesn't really work - I feel like I'm just spraying pinkish water all over. The smell is nice though.
4. Glass spray: It doesn't work - makes glass cloudy.
5. Reusable spray bottle: it took apart after one month of use. Blueland has offered to send a replacement but I declined as I feel they have been producing faulty bottles according to other reviews and I don't want another plastic bottle go to trash bin.
6. Refill tablets: Out of nine refill tablets I ordered, there's one came in with empty packaging but no tablet!

I really love the concept and idea. However mirror is just an horrible product. I have tried to repeatedly clean the same mirror, it makes it looks way dirtier than the original state. It just don t work. I follow all extra instruction (cotton cloth, more dilution and so on). Just did not work. Had to clean the mess with windex and the mirror finally was spotless. Same for the bathroom cleaner. You won t see the traces on the whit surface or porcelain but try it on stainless steel and you will see the horrible mess. What a bummer! The concept is so cool... but does not work...

I bought the product in Feb/March 2020 and it is now September and my all propose bottle has broken on the seam of the top of the bottle. So 7 months was what the everlasting bottle could withstand. I have a picture but it doesn't look like I can attach it here. I have 2 more complaints:
1st - I think it is a really good concept but I ordered in bulk my tablets and stored them in my guest room in a glass container( so no moisture there) but they have started to crumble. I am sure the will still work but I have noticed the change.
2nd - The window cleaner doesn't work, I have contacted customer service and tired different cloths and used less product and diluted the product but it still goes cloudy on the glass.
Over all I like the concept just disappointed that the bottle broke so fast and that the tablets are turning into powder slowly.

Thank goodness for Blue Land! I was searching for more sustainable cleaning products and they have everything! I ended up ordering two more foaming hand soap pumps after I got the cleaning pack because it's life changing. And the fact that they do dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and laundry tablets is incredible. Makes me feel good to be doing my part!
